Council service will focus on training, culture and shared experience for a brokerage of more than 300 agents serving Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.
MCLEAN, Va. — Anne Nouri, AARE, BAS, CAI, GPPA, Broker, Auctioneer and Appraiser, has been invited to join the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams McLean/Great Falls. With offices in McLean and Great Falls, the brokerage supports more than 300 agents serving buyers and sellers across Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.
The ALC gives agents a voice in the direction of their brokerage. Council members work with Keller Williams leadership to support agent productivity, growth, office culture and business decisions. Nouri will work alongside fellow ALC members to contribute to training, share professional experience and support a collaborative environment for the brokerage’s agents.
The role also offers Nouri the opportunity to learn more closely from KW leadership through mentorship and collaboration with experienced colleagues. She plans to bring that knowledge and perspective to her client work, from evaluating options and planning a sale to helping households prepare for a move.
Nouri recently participated in a statewide Keller Williams retreat in Charlottesville. Several days of training, planning and conversations with colleagues provided time to exchange ideas, build relationships and celebrate together.
Her contribution to the council draws on experience in real estate, auctions, personal property appraisal and downsizing. These areas often overlap when clients are making decisions about a home, its contents and the next stage of life.
